Well, I'm starting a new Zombie series on my channel. It's going to be DayZ and the basic goal will just be to survive for as long as possible. I might do this as well when the standalone game comes out, but I'm not shure. Looking forward to recording this as well. There will be videos of this series for as long as I survive, which means I will play very cautiously.

Friend requests
Hello, fellow gamers.
I must clear up a topic that I've been thinking of for quite some time lately. And that is the random friend requests that I get on my steam account now and then. I understand that people obviously have watched our videos and would like to play Left 4 Dead 2 with us since we are a fun gang when we actually do play. However this doesn't occur too much anymore. We don't play Left 4 Dead 2 as often as we used to do. There would be days when I went to school that we just mowed through everything in that game and just played forever. I have almost 1000 hours in that game now, and a lot of the good memories I have shared with you. There are some memories that don't get recorded though and that you guys will forever miss out on. And that's such a shame.
Have a great weekend!

But back on topic! I get friend requests now and then from people that I presume have watched my videos and would like to play with me and be friends. Cool, I understand that. But I don't have place for ALL of you in my friends list. I can't accept all these invites because I wouldn't be able to keep track of my real friends in the list. I have 20 friends at the moment on steam, and that's plenty. I would like to keep it as minimalistic as possible. I also think that playing with us won't be as fun as watching the actual videos. It might get a bit boring eventually and you would just lose interest. Keep watching the videos, however, because now and then I will upload some Left 4 Dead 2. I hope that I can provide some content of that very soon and also content from other Zombie games such as Black Ops 2, DayZ and The Walking Dead.
So just stay up to date, keep watching the videos and enjoy.Have a great weekend!

Black Ops 2 - Zombies #1 | Ray gun ownage!
New video with ZOMBIES!
Me and Gustaf are in this clip playing a bit of Black Ops 2 - Zombies, and having some good times. I hope you enjoy it, there's hopefully more of this to come! I really liked the zombies mode in this game. It's very playful and goofy. I guess there's a lot of way to play zombie games. They can be serious and as realistic as possible (DayZ) or they can be goofy and just for fun (like Left 4 Dead 2 or BO2.) I'm not saying that DayZ isn't any fun though, because it is. It's one of the games where I actually can get really worried when playing. Or you just get those chills down your spine when you are really nervous about encountering other players.
Enjoy the gameplay, looking forward to bring more content very soon to my channel! It will be fun!

Black Ops 2 Zombies and headset problems!
Hello, everyone that reads this. I am sorry that I have been absent from making videos lately. This is due to the fact that I have been playing a lot of Black Ops 2 multiplayer and haven't really had any video ideas. I have now though, and I really just need the gameplay to get to work.
Me and Gustaf played Black Ops 2 zombies a few days ago. We planned on making a video out of it, and I recorded some funny gameplay of it. However the problem was, that when I recorded I accidentally recorded my voice through the ASUS ROG Orion Pro's that was lying on my desk next to me, and not through the SteelSeries Siberia V2 that I was wearing. This made me sound like I was sitting in a bathtub playing since the mic on the ASUS ROG Orion Pro is FUCKING TERRIBLE. That whole headset is terrible, to be quite honest. The sound is really dull and there's way too much bass that suppresses all other sounds. It just makes my ears exhausted by listening to anything. So I'm still using my Siberia V2's which are partially broken because the mic doesn't work properly. So I'm getting a new pair when I get my salary because the ASUS headset just isn't good enough. Simple as that.
I also enjoyed playing Black Ops 2 Zombies very much. So expect a lot of gameplay of that, first video should be out some time next week. Me and Gustaf were really crap at the game at first, especially since I had never played Zombies in Black Ops before. But we are getting better at it, and some funny gameplay will appear on my channel around the middle of this week. So sit tight and be happy!

Time for Battlefield 4.
21,591 kills
1,095 vehicles destroyed
41 kills in a row at the most
280 hours and 18 minutes played
I hope it's a great one. I really do. My love for this franchise is beyond my words. Was Battlefield 3 worth the nearly 300 hours I spent on that game plus the money I paid for the game as well as the Premium membership? How do you measure this? By how much fun I've had? Because I've had plenty of fun with this game. There has been some moments like "I can't believe that just happened!" or "I can't believe that I just did that!" Let's face it, this game has not ceased to amaze me yet. I can still come around a corner to find an enemy squad with their backs turned on me and just wipe them all out and yell from excitement. And I can still get really excited from managing to take out a helicopter with my RPG or SMAW from a really far distance.
However, I believe that the game did not fully live up to the hype that surrounded it. This was THE game. It was supposed to revolutionize the FPS industry with its breakthrough graphics, it's stunning gameplay and that sound that just makes you feel like you're in the very environment itself.
It was not a breakthrough however. The game lost so much of my love when I played the beta. It was so forced upon and just hesitated. Dice had not finished the game completely. We were thrown in to the midst of the subway in Paris where we were fighting to destroy M-COM stations. Grenades got stuck in bushes, people sunk through the ground and just "yuck!" It was not good for the game to be exposed this way with all these bugs. I believe that they lost so many pre-orders from that broken beta. People actually believed that the game would be like this. However what they gave to us was an old test version of the game. Even the people who tried out the game at E3 had been trying out the Alpha which had been drastically better. Then another map leaked. Caspian Border. This was the beast-map from the trailer we had seen earlier. It will always be remembered when I watched Dice show that specific trailer off at Gamescom which just showed EVERYTHING. Tanks, jets, helicopters, jeeps and infantry. It was all there. And this was the glory which made Battlefield such a superior shooter and so much more of an experience than most other shooters out there. 64 players, constant action at every flag in the map and breathtaking scenarios with stunning sounds. When this map was released for the beta by accident I believe that many forgave the Operation Metro gameplay experience that they had gotten. Battlefield 3 turned out to be a great game after all, it had all the ingredients, it was just missing some core parts of the gameplay that made the series so great such as the commander mode.
It is time for a new era now. A new Battlefield will be shown off tomorrow morning (9 o clock here.) I am actually very excited this time as well. Even though Battlefield 3 was a tad disappointment considering all the hype that was around it I have higher hopes for the next installment in the series. I just hope that they don't make the same mistakes in BF4 as they did with BF3.
Also, there has been rumor that they only used 20% of the potential in the Frostbite 2 engine for Battlefield 3 and that they will extend that to using 80% for Battlefield 4. If this is the case you can all expect even more stunning graphics, better animations and probably even better sounds.
The Chinese team are for shure returning. There has been teasers coming up on Battlefield.com over the last few days (the more fans that logged in the more they revealed.) One of the reveals about the game was that the city of Shanghai will play a big part. Probably a setting for the single player campaign, but maybe also some multiplayer maps will be set in downtown Shanghai? I sure hope so. There had been rumors before this teaser that the Chinese team would return, so I believe that this just confirms it. Also that Battlefield on twitter has been tweeting in Chinese such as "Are you ready to go to Shanghai?"
This piece of art that was released for the game looks very similar to the artwork from Battlefield 3. The difference is that the soldier is in fact running instead of walking, there are two LAV's in the background as well as the city of Shanghai instead of New York (I believe) as seen in the Battlefield 3 posters.
What will I want from Battlefield 4 that was missing in Battlefield 3? Well, for starters the commander mode would be great if they could implement back in to the series. I don't think they've included that since Battlefield 2142 and that was released in 2006. Another thing that I would like to see is the Chinese team as well as the middle eastern team. You kind of grow sick of the American and Russian team after a while in BF3 and adding a few extra teams to the playground will just increase the variation of the game, I believe. Another feature that I hope that they will bring in to the game is a battle recorder. I can not stress it enough how important this is for the community and for Battlefield to actually compete with the CoD-series. The CoD-series are WAY ahead on this part. Battlefield 4 must have a battle recorder, simply to make it easier to record your gameplay and share it with the world. JackFrags on youtube made a video about how Battlefield 4 should become more competetive a while back, and one of the features that would be needed for Battlefield to actually become one of the big e-sports games would be a Battle Recorder. Imagine how many epic kills, co op sessions, killstreaks and rounds that have gone to waste just because of this. It's such a simple feature, yet they haven't included it. It has been featured in previous Battlefield games and Dice has access to a Battle recorder themselves to make their trailers. Please, Dice, release it and let the community do your game justice. Even if you make fantastic trailers and previews of the game there are people out there that will do this just as amazing and come up with video ideas that you don't!
Well, these are the main features that I hope will be included in the next Battlefield game. I am really excited for this trailer tomorrow, I hope that it won't be disappointing. They will probably just show off some single player gameplay, but it will be nice to see how they have changed the interface of the game and the HUD.
And please, Dice. No blue filter for gods sake.

Arma 2 Mod: DayZ and some music.
This is a song that I featured in my latest DayZ video. I personally think it's so great and beautiful and fits in perfectly.
A few days ago Andi (formerly known as DarkBeing) started a thread in a local gamer group that we have in our district. The thread was basically "I love this song from Battlefield 1942. Post your favourite songs from video games, because I want to expand my library."
The thread got so many responses, and it turned out that I had personal favourites that Andi had never heard of, such as the Gusty Garden Galaxy song from Super Mario Galaxy and the main theme from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2. One of the reasons for Modern Warfare 2 to have such good soundtrack is that its composed by Hans Zimmer, a german composer that I'm a huge fan of. He composed music for such films as The Dark Knight-trilogy, Gladiator, Pirates of the Carribbean and The Da Vinci Code. I bet you've heard of all of these movies. They all have great theme songs and they are all composed by this wonderful man.
There's a quote by Peter Benchley which I would like to bring up here.
“The past always seems better when you look back on it than it did at the time. And the present never looks as good as it will in the future.”
Yes, I consider this quote completely fitting for all of this. Video games seemed so much better in the past just because we only remember the good times. The now will never be looked upon as greatly as it is. We have great games out now which really deserves just as much or even more praise than previous games does. I personally think that Black Ops 2 is a lot better than Modern Warfare 2 for example. And that Left 4 Dead 2 is a lot better and more addicting than Left 4 Dead 1. But the past will always seem better, and such is the case with very much the Call of Duty franchise. The fanbase will never appreciate a game as much as Call of Duty 4 or Modern Warfare 2. And the Battlefield community will probably never appreciate a game as much as Battlefield 1942 or Battlefield 2.
It's rather dull that we only remember all the good things from these games. Because they are not as good any more. Battlefield 2 is INFESTED with hackers nowadays. You can't play the game without meeting one, basically. So the old games are not as good anymore as they used to be, so people choose to be nostalgic and praise these games in remembrance of the old times. Maybe specifically because it is what got them in to gaming and triggered their taste in games. I don't know, but it sounds very likely.
Before I finish this post I would like to leave with a tip. Listen to the Morrowind theme with your headset on high volume. It sounds so massive and beautiful. You would wish to be part of The Elder Scrolls universe when you hear it.
Stay tuned and have a great day!
